1. Service Provider and Definitions
These terms and conditions govern the use of the website and technical training services provided by Code Future Hub Education Group LLC ("the Company"), a limited liability company registered in Texas, USA (Registration: TX-804221956). By accessing our website, enrolling in our IT tracks, or utilizing our laboratory environments, you ("the User" or "the Student") agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
2. Description of Educational Services
Code Future Hub Education Group LLC provides intensive, industrial-grade IT certification programs and technical training tracks, including but not limited to AWS Solutions Architecture, Cybersecurity Engineering, and Full-Stack Development. Each track includes access to our high-fidelity digital classroom, cloud-based laboratory environments, and personalized mentorship from industry veterans. Detailed syllabi and program deliverables are provided to students upon enrollment and are subject to periodic updates to maintain industrial relevance.
3. User Obligations and Academic Conduct
Students are expected to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity and professional conduct throughout their time with Code Future Hub. This includes regular attendance, timely completion of project milestones, and respectful interaction with instructors and fellow students. The use of our laboratory environments is strictly limited to educational purposes; any unauthorized use, including the hosting of malicious software or performing unauthorized network scans, will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
Furthermore, students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials and for ensuring that their hardware meets the minimum technical specifications required for our immersive technical sessions. Code Future Hub is not responsible for any technical issues arising from the use of incompatible hardware or software on the student's part.
4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Enrolment in our paid tracks requires the payment of the applicable tuition fees as specified at the time of registration. We offer several payment structures, including upfront payments, monthly installments, and income-share agreements for qualified candidates. All fees are clearly disclosed prior to enrollment, and there are no hidden costs or undisclosed administrative charges.
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Students may request a full refund within seven days of their initial enrollment, provided they have not accessed more than 10% of the course material or laboratory environments. After this period, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the progress of the course. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our administrative team in Austin.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum materials, laboratory designs, instructional videos, and software provided by Code Future Hub Education Group LLC are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. Students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own educational purposes. The reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our proprietary material without explicit written consent from Marcus Thorne or the Company's leadership is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Code Future Hub Education Group LLC provides its services with a high degree of professional care and expertise. However, the Company does not guarantee specific career outcomes or salary levels as a result of completing our technical tracks. Success in the technology sector depends on numerous factors, including individual aptitude, effort, and market conditions beyond our control. Our liability for any claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the total amount of tuition fees paid by the student.
7. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the provision of our educational services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas. By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or a jury trial for any matter governed by this agreement.
